In July the FDA gave them authority after all!! I was curious of the news today & am wondering is one the biggest concerns they must resolve with state lab/the public as to why the data showed 2/4 in each eye as well. Does someone in FDA have info for this? This may explain how they feel about states in GA taking over.‥– In other words does someone on FDA want one state's evidence that there, they have, over another's right now, to do this & not share them in future.
